Instructions
Step 1
Place shrimp, onion, chili sauce, cilantro, lemongrass, carrot, and cucumber in a large bowl.
Step 2
Combine butter with soy sauce, season vegetables with shrimp and shake to mix.
Step 3
Place the filling on the tortillas and roll into tight rolls. Cut each in half diagonally and serve with mint.
