Refreshing and pleasant to the taste sweet and sour salad of papaya, mango, avocado with fried almonds - it is able to create a festive atmosphere at any time of the year! And most importantly, it can be cooked in twenty minutes.

It is necessary

  • For six servings:
  • - 1 large mango;
  • - 1 medium papaya;
  • - 1 avocado;
  • - 1 head of romaine lettuce;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of chopped almonds;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of balsamic vinegar;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
  • - 1 teaspoon brown sugar;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the mango and papaya, cut in half, and remove the seeds from them. Place half the papaya and half the mango in the bowl of a blender or food processor, add balsamic vinegar. Grind until smooth, set aside for now.

Step 2

Melt butter in a small skillet, add chopped almonds, fry until golden brown, stirring constantly. Add sugar to the pan, stir. Remove from the stove, place the almonds on a piece of parchment, separating the pieces that are stuck together. Let the nuts cool completely.

Step 3

Tear the romaine lettuce into small pieces with your hands, put in a large salad bowl. Cut the remaining halves of papaya and mango into small pieces, mix with salad. Peel the avocado, remove the seeds, chop it finely and send it to the salad, mix all the ingredients together.

Step 4

Pour the fruit puree from the blender / processor over the salad and season with a little salt. Sprinkle with fried almonds, serve immediately, the salad does not need to be infused. Tropical green mango and papaya salad can be a festive salad or serve as a light, nutritious lunch. For lovers of unusual combinations, you can add a little onion to the salad.
