Vietnamese salad will delight you with its exotic taste. Shrimp and papaya is a great combination, give it a try! You will prepare the salad in half an hour, you get six servings.
It is necessary
- - 600 g of shrimp;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 green papaya;
- - 1 fresh cucumber;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of rice vinegar, vegetable oil, squeezed lime juice;
- - 2 chili peppers;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of fresh mint;
- - 1 teaspoon of palm sugar;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the shrimp, heat a skillet with vegetable oil. Fry them on a high temperature for 3 minutes, then remove from the stove.
Step 2
Mix together vinegar, sugar, chopped chili and garlic, add 50 ml of water, fish sauce. Stir until sugar dissolves, mix with shrimp. Add lime juice, mint to the shrimp.
Step 3
Peel the papaya, remove the seeds. Peel the cucumber, cut thinner together with the papaya.
Step 4
Toss papaya and cucumber with shrimp. Vietnamese salad with prawns and papaya is ready, you can serve it to the table.
