  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 green papaya;
  • - 1 fresh cucumber;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of rice vinegar, vegetable oil, squeezed lime juice;
  • - 2 chili peppers;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of fresh mint;
  • - 1 teaspoon of palm sugar;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the shrimp, heat a skillet with vegetable oil. Fry them on a high temperature for 3 minutes, then remove from the stove.
