It is necessary
- - 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- - 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- - 2.5 cm ginger root (cut into thin strips)
- - 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
- - 125 g finely chopped green beans
- - 4 young onions, cut into quarters
- - 200 g peeled tiger prawns
- - 250g thin rice noodles
- - 4 tbsp. l. sherry
- - 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce
- - 125 g chopped Chinese cabbage
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet, add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds. Add carrots and cook for 1 minute. Add beans, onions and shrimps, cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 2
Boil the noodles in boiling water according to the instructions on the package. Throw in a colander.
Step 3
Pour the sherry and soy sauce into the wok, as well as 250 ml of boiling water. Bring to a boil and add the noodles.
Step 4
Bring to a boil again and add the Chinese cabbage. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Let sit for 1 minute and serve directly in the wok.
