Step 1
First you need to cook the meat. Take minced meat, mint, cilantro and mix thoroughly. Beat in an egg. Top with lime juice and add ginger.
Step 2
Take a large salad bowl. Chop vegetables. If desired, carrots can be grated. Fry cucumbers, carrots and lettuce in a pan. Once the ingredients are ready, add the mint and coriander to taste.
Step 3
Move on to preparing the marinade. All ingredients must be thoroughly mixed and ginger added to taste. Lime can be grated or juiced with pulp.
Step 4
When the marinade is fully cooked, season the salad with it.
Step 5
Place cooked meat on a serving plate and garnish with a sprig of mint.
