Baked potatoes have always been famous for their unique taste and smell. And in addition to cheese and bacon, the dish further expands its flavor range!

- - salt and ground black pepper
- - 8 sliced strips of bacon
- - 75 g finely chopped champignons
- - 50 g butter
- - 200 g of grated hard cheese
- - a pinch of ground nutmeg
- - some fresh thyme leaves

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Prick the potatoes with a fork on all sides, brush with olive oil and salt. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes until tender.
Step 2
Meanwhile, fry the bacon for 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Pat dry on paper towels.
Step 3
Cut the potato tubers in half lengthwise. Spoon out the pulp and mash in a bowl with butter, half cheese, nutmeg and most of the thyme. Add bacon and mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Stuff the potato skins with the mixture.
Step 5
Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with the remaining thyme leaves and serve.
