It is necessary
- - 2 liters of clean bottled water
- - 1 tsp grated ginger
- - 1 lemon
- - 1 cucumber
- - 10 mint leaves

Step 1
First you need to pour water into the jug.

Cut the lemon into thin rings, the cucumber into thin slices. Then add them to the jug. Put grated ginger and mint leaves there.

Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate overnight.
Step 4
Throughout the next day, this cocktail should be evenly distributed and drunk, preferably 30 minutes before meals. It is recommended to drink the main amount of water in the morning.
