- - 1 piece of ginger root;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 1 cucumber;
- - 2-3 sprigs of fresh mint;
- - 2 liters of water (spring water).

Step 1
The first step is to wash all the ingredients well: fresh lemon and cucumber, mint and ginger. Dry them on a paper towel or napkin. Sassi water is prepared in the evening so that in the morning this vitamin drink is already infused and ready to drink.

The cucumber and lemon should be cut into thin circles with a very sharp knife. Then peel a small piece of ginger and grate it on a fine grater to get about a teaspoon of gruel. Break the washed twigs and mint leaves with your hands.

In a clean glass jar with a volume of 2 liters, you need to add all the ingredients for making Sassi water: ginger gruel, cucumber and lemon slices, mint. Pour cold water over all products. It is recommended to use spring water, but bottled water will work as well. Tap water must be filtered before use.
Step 4
Sassi water should be infused in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, you should drink a glass of the drink on an empty stomach, finish the rest of the can during the day.
