For the test you will need:
400 gr flour;
4 tablespoons Sahara;
1 tbsp cognac;
100 grams of milk;
2 tbsp sour cream;
2 eggs.
First, knead the dough from the above products.
Then roll it into a very thin layer (about 3-5 mm thick).
Cut the layer into rhombuses.
In the middle of the rhombus, make a cut and turn the edges of the workpiece through it.
Deep-fry on both sides.
Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
Step 2
Salted dough brushwood
Required Ingredients:
egg - 2 pcs;
vodka - 25 gr;
salt - 10 gr;
flour - 300 gr. Knead a tough dough of eggs, vodka, flour and salt.
Place the dough in a plastic bag or wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
After half an hour, take it out and roll it into a layer about 2 mm thick. Cut out different figures from the dough (these can be leaves, twigs, colors, etc.).
Then dip the workpieces into hot oil. Fry on both sides.
Pour honey over the brushwood before serving.

Brushwood "Winter cherry"
Dough:
Flour - 300 gr;
Egg yolks - 6 pcs;
Vodka - 1 tbsp;
Sugar - 50-70 g Stuffing:
Cherry jam (seedless) - 200 gr. And also:
Vegetable oil - 600-700 ml;
Whipped cream - 250 g
Discard the jam in a colander and let the syrup drain. When this happens, transfer the cherries to a separate dish.
Knead hard dough. To do this, grind the yolks with sugar, add flour and vodka.
Roll out the dough layer 2-3 mm thick and cut it into rectangles 8-10 cm wide and 10-15 cm long.
Put a few cherries on the dough rectangles and roll it into a tube.
Pinch the ends of the tubes and brush with an egg.
Dip the tubes in deep fat and fry until golden brown.
Garnish with whipped cream before serving.
