  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream;
  • - 1/4 teaspoon of salt;
  • - icing sugar to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Stir milk, sour cream, icing sugar, salt, egg yolks, pour in brandy, slowly add flour, knead a tough dough.

Step 2

Roll out the finished dough in a thin layer, cut into narrow strips 10 cm long, intertwine them, fold several strips together, connect the ends, smearing them with protein.
