Minced hedgehogs are a very tasty and satisfying dish that will look great both on a regular and on a festive table. It will not take a lot of effort to prepare them, but relatives and friends will be very pleased.

- Beef - 0.5 kg.;
- pork - 0.3 kg.;
- onions - 2 pieces;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- rice - 0.8 cups;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- sour cream - 450 grams;
- mayonnaise - 150 grams;
- ketchup - 3-4 tablespoons;
- salt
- pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Mince the beef and pork.
Step 2
Add finely chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
Step 3
Boil the rice until half cooked.
Step 4
Mix it with minced meat, add eggs and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Roll up small balls - "hedgehogs" from the resulting mass.
Step 6
Grease a rooster or a saucepan with oil, carefully put the minced hedgehogs into a container.
Step 7
Prepare the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise and ketchup thoroughly.
Step 8
Pour the sauce over the hedgehogs. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Garnish with herbs before serving.
