“Hedgehogs with Rice” is adored by everyone: both kids and adults. They are quite simple to prepare and much more elegant than the "duty" cutlets. So why not please your beloved baby and diversify the family menu. This is one of those dishes that you just need to take note of.

- eggs - 1-2 pcs.
- onions - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- rice - 150 g
- sour cream - 250 g
- ketchup
- mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons each
- dill
- spice

Instructions
Step 1
Boil rice in salted water until half cooked, let cool.
Step 2
Add undercooked rice to the minced meat, garlic pressed through a garlic press, eggs, spices, salt, pepper. Chop the onion finely and add there. Mix well.
Step 3
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Roll the resulting mass into balls and put on a baking sheet, at a short distance from each other.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup. Chop the dill finely and add it to the sauce.
Step 5
Pour the sauce over the meatballs and bake in the preheated oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
