Using the most ordinary products, we can prepare a juicy, tasty, tender, appetizing and satisfying dish that will simply melt in your mouth - hedgehogs in sour cream-tomato sauce.

- - 2 eggs

- - a glass of rice
- - 400gr. sour cream
- - 100 gr. mayonnaise
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - 2 medium tomatoes

Instructions
Step 1
Boil the rice in advance until half cooked and set it to cool. While we are preparing the minced meat, it will just have time to cool down. Grate the carrots in a separate container. Remove the skin from the tomato and finely chop or break in a blender. To prepare minced meat, we pass beef and pork through a meat grinder. Chop the onion finely. Add pepper, salt, finely chopped onions, crushed garlic and rice to the meat mass.
Step 2
Stir the resulting mass thoroughly and sculpt balls about 7 cm in diameter. Wrap each ball in flour, put it in a preheated pan and fry in butter. Fry the balls on both sides until golden brown. Then add grated carrots to the hedgehogs.
Step 3
Mix the tomato mass with sour cream and mayonnaise and fill the hedgehogs with the resulting sauce. The sauce should cover the hedgehogs by 2/3, if it is not enough, add broth or water. Add salt and simmer for 20 minutes under a lid over medium heat. Sprinkle with pepper and finely chopped herbs 5 minutes before cooking. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
