Chicken liver can be used to make many delicious dishes. One of them is fried liver with onions, canned beans and carrots. This dish is prepared quickly enough and it turns out very tasty.

It is necessary

  • - 1 can of beans in tomato;
  • - 500 grams of chicken liver;
  • - pepper and salt;
  • - 150 grams of carrots;
  • - 150 grams of onions;
  • - vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Heat a frying pan over a fire, pour vegetable oil over it. Turn the heat high, place the chicken liver in a skillet and fry on all sides. This can take about ten minutes.

Step 2

Reduce heat, sauté the liver until completely cooked, about 20 minutes. At the very end, pepper and salt the cooked liver.

Step 3

Take an onion, peel it and chop it as small as possible, take a carrot, peel, wash and grate on a coarse grater.

Step 4

Transfer the liver from the skillet to the chopped onion, sauté it for about five minutes, until the onion is translucent. Add carrots to the resulting mass, fry for another ten minutes, until the carrots become soft.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper the liver and vegetables to taste. Cut the fried liver into small pieces, return to the finished carrots and onions again, mix everything thoroughly, heat slightly.

Step 6

Add the beans in tomato sauce to the pan, stir again. Cook the dish for a few more minutes. Turn off the fire.
