Instructions
Step 1
Try to bake pink salmon with cheese; this dish can be served as a hot or cold appetizer. First, clean the fish carcass from the scales, then wash. Remove the head, tail and fins. Cut at the top along the ridge and halve the fillets. Remove all bones.
Cut the fillets across into portions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Peel the onions and chop them finely. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the fish slices skin side down on it. Place onion pieces on each serving, brush with sour cream and place in the oven at 180C. You need to bake pink salmon for about 20 minutes, during which time the onions will become aromatic and crispy. Remove the fish from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake again for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts. Transfer to plates, garnish with lemon wedges, herbs and serve.
Step 3
Try the second recipe - bake pink salmon in foil. Clean the fish, wash, remove the head, tail and fins, rinse again with water, dry with a kitchen towel. Divide into 2 fillets, removing the backbone and ribs. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with fresh lemon juice, then set aside.
Step 4
Peel and cut the onions into rings. Peel and chop the carrots on a coarse grater. Coat the pink salmon fillets with sour cream. Unroll the foil on a baking sheet, brush with oil, place one fillet on it. Place a layer of onion on it and sprinkle with grated carrots. Cover with the second fillet and wrap around the edges of the foil.
Step 5
Add a little water to a baking sheet so that it does not burn in the oven, and bake the pink salmon for 30 minutes. Then open the foil and put the fish in the oven until golden brown on the surface of the fillet. Carefully remove the finished pink salmon from the foil, transfer to a plate and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
