Pink salmon is an inexpensive red fish that belongs to the Salmon family. But how can you cook it deliciously? One of the most successful ways is to bake in the oven. Thus, the fish retains all its useful substances for the human body, and it also turns out to be very juicy and tender. In addition, with such a dish you can not only deliciously feed a family during dinner, but also decorate a festive table.
It is necessary
- - frozen fillet of pink salmon - 500 g;
- - onions - 2 pcs.;
- - hard cheese - 100 g;
- - lemon - 0.5 pcs.;
- - sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - baking dish.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the frozen pink salmon naturally. To do this, keep it at room temperature or leave it on the top shelf of the refrigerator overnight. If you have a fillet, then rinse it, dry it and cut it into pieces about 5 cm thick. If the fish is whole, then you must first clean it from the entrails and cut off the head, tail, fins, and then divide it into pieces.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine salt and black pepper and rub each piece of fish with it. Then turn on the oven and set the temperature to 200 degrees.
Step 3
While the oven is preheating, generously grease the baking dish with sunflower oil (at least 3 tablespoons should go away). Then place the fish pieces and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 4
Peel the onions and peel them, chop them into thin half rings and spread them on top of the pink salmon. As soon as the preparatory work is completed, send the fish dish to the oven to bake for half an hour.
Step 5
Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. 10 minutes before the end of the time, take out the pink salmon and sprinkle it with cheese. As soon as the allotted half hour comes to an end and the cheese is browned, the dish can be removed.
Step 6
Baked pink salmon with a cheese crust is best served with boiled rice or potatoes, and also without any side dish. At the same time, it is useful to eat such a fish both hot and cold.
