Salmon is one of the most useful types of fish for the human body. Namely, it is rich in vitamins of group B, A and C, zinc, phosphorus, iron, calcium, potassium, fluorine and so on. Salmon dishes have exquisite taste and are spectacular in appearance. One of the easiest and most delicious ways to cook it is to bake it in the oven.
It is necessary
- - salmon - 400 g;
- - lemon - 2 pcs.;
- - mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt;
- - fresh dill - half a bunch or dried - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - oil for lubricating the mold.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the salmon under running water and pat dry with paper towels. Peel and crush the garlic cloves through a press, or simply cut into small pieces with a knife.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine chopped garlic, black pepper and salt. Salt and pepper can be taken in a 1: 1 ratio, the amount is taken to taste. Squeeze juice from one lemon into a bowl and mix everything well. Spread the resulting mass on the salmon on all sides and leave for 15-20 minutes so that it is thoroughly soaked.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the second lemon into slices, and rinse and chop the fresh dill. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. While it is heating, in a separate small cup, combine the mayonnaise with chopped fresh dill or dried dill.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the pickled salmon in it. Treat the top of the fish and sides with mayonnaise-dill sauce and put lemon circles on it. Send the workpiece to the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer the cooked salmon to a platter with lemons and serve with stewed or fresh vegetables, potatoes and salad.
