Thaw the fish in cold water for 1 hour, then peel it of scales, cut off the fins and tail, rinse under cold water, cut into several transverse bars 3-3.5 centimeters wide. As a result, you will have about 6-7 medallions. Transfer the fish to a bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then add the rosemary. Pour squeezed lemon juice into this bowl, you can also use balsamic vinegar, mix the fish with the marinade and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the foil into rectangular pieces so that you can wrap a medallion with fish in each. Then wrap the pink salmon in foil envelopes. Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the fish on it, place the pink salmon in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 170 degrees.

- onion - 1 pc.;

- tomatoes - 3 pcs.;

- cheese - 150 g;

- lemon - 1 pc.;
