Pink salmon is a very healthy fish, but quite often when cooked, this fish turns out to be dry and tasteless. There are several recipes, following the recipe of which pink salmon turns out to be incredibly tasty and juicy.
It is necessary
- - one kilogram of fish (pink salmon);
- - two tomatoes;
- - three onions;
- - one sweet pepper;
- - 200 grams of cheese;
- - 50 grams of butter;
- - 50 grams of mayonnaise;
- - one lemon;
- - 30 ml of vegetable oil;
- - salt and pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Take the fish, after defrosting it, cut off its head and tail, open and remove all the insides. Get rid of fins and scales. Rinse the carcass thoroughly.
Step 2
Place the carcass in front of you, make two cuts near the ridge of the fish, and then remove the ridge. Spread the carcass in front of you and remove the remaining small bones from it. It should be noted that this process is not fast.
Step 3
As soon as all the bones are removed, rub the pink salmon with salt and spices and let it rest for a few minutes, then take a lemon, cut it in half and squeeze the juice of one half onto the fish (this will help the fish get better saturated with vegetable juices and spices during the cooking process). Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Peel the onion, peel the seeds and stalks. Rinse vegetables: onions, peppers and tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into rings of medium thickness, onions and peppers into half rings. Slightly fry the onion over medium heat until transparent (frying should be done using vegetable oil).
Step 5
Grease a baking sheet with butter, put pink salmon on it, then lay onions on the fish in an even layer, then tomatoes, coat everything with mayonnaise and put pepper. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes, then take out a half-finished dish, sprinkle it with grated cheese and place it in the oven again for seven to ten minutes. Pink salmon with vegetables in the oven is ready, the dish can be served with almost any side dish.
