Step 1
If you use a whole fish for cooking, then first defrost it, remove the insides, cut off the head, tail, ridge, and clean the scales. Then rinse the carcass well and cut it into pieces. Marinate in lemon juice and spices.

Put the oven on heating, the temperature is 190 degrees.

Peel the onion and cut into rings. Rinse the bell pepper, cut into strips. Cut the tomatoes into medium rings.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion until transparent.

Grease a heat-resistant form with butter, put the fish in it, put the fried onions on top. Put tomato rings on the onion, brush with mayonnaise and put a straw of bell pepper. Salt, season with spices.

Cover the fish dish with foil, place in the oven, bake for 30-35 minutes. About ten minutes before cooking, remove the foil and sprinkle the grated Parmesan on the fish. Bake for another five minutes. Serve the finished dish in portions.
