Pink salmon is not only amazingly tasty, but also incredibly healthy fish. It contains a huge amount of vitamins, amino acids, proteins and other substances useful for the body. There are many different recipes for making pink salmon fillets.
Fillet of pink salmon in batter
You will need: 500-600 g of pink salmon fillet, 120 g of wheat flour, 1 chicken egg, 250 ml of beer, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt, sugar, vinegar or lemon juice.
Rinse the fish fillets with running water and cut into small oblong pieces. Sprinkle them with lemon juice or table vinegar. Then prepare the batter: mix flour, beer, egg, salt and sugar. You should have a mass of uniform consistency. Dip each piece of fillet in batter and fry in vegetable oil until a delicious golden brown crust is formed. It is recommended to serve the fish hot.
Pink salmon fillet baked in cream
You will need: 400-500 g of pink salmon fillet, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 eggs, 200 ml of cream, butter.
Cut the fillet into oblong pieces 4-5 cm long. Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in butter until golden brown. Add grated carrots and chopped bell peppers to it. Whisk eggs and cream in a separate bowl. Put the prepared vegetable mixture on a baking sheet, put the prepared pink salmon fillet on top and fill with the creamy mixture. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180C and bake for 15 minutes. It is better to serve fish with a vegetable side dish.
Fillet of pink salmon baked in foil
You will need: 400 g of pink salmon fillet, 1 medium onion, lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt, ground pepper.
Rinse the fillets thoroughly with running water and cut into portions. Season the fish with salt and pepper to taste. Then chop the onions into thin rings and place evenly on the foil. Top with pink salmon fillets and drizzle with olive oil. Bake the fish in an oven preheated to 220C. After 20 minutes, the dish is ready. Garnish the pink salmon with chopped fresh herbs before serving.
