It is necessary

    • • 1 kg. fish fillet
    • • 1 kg. carrots
    • • 0.5kg. onions
    • • 2st. tablespoons of vegetable oil
    • • 100gr. cheese
    • half a lemon (or 0.4 glasses of dry wine)

Instructions

Step 1

• Take frozen pink salmon fillets, put in a clean dish, and leave at room temperature until completely thawed. Thus, the fish will retain more nutrients and vitamins. Rinse the fillets thoroughly under running water and make sure there are no scales, fins or bones. Blot with a clean, dry cloth to remove excess moisture. Cut the fillets into portions. Place a saucepan of milk on the stove, bring to a boil and dip the fish fillets in the boiling milk for two minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on a plate.

Step 2

• Wash, peel, and cut carrots into thin slices, the thinner the better (you can use a hand shredder or food processor). If you have large carrots and the circles are large in diameter, then cut them into two or four parts. Peel the onions and cut them into half rings. Pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into a preheated pan, put chopped onions and sauté for three to four minutes, add chopped carrots and fry everything together until golden brown

Step 3

• Put the prepared vegetables on a baking sheet, spread the pink salmon fillet boiled in milk in one layer on top. Season with pepper, salt, and drizzle with lemon juice or dry wine to add spice to the dish. You can add dill and parsley. Brush with an even layer of mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. It is better to choose hard cheese (Dutch, Swiss, Cheddar, Eddam, Parmesan, Russian) and grate it on a coarse grater. Place in an oven heated to 2000C and bake until golden brown, this should take no more than 20 minutes. The dish can be served both hot and cold. When cooled, pink salmon does not lose its taste. Bon Appetit!
