Step 1
Separate the wings and drumsticks from the chicken carcasses. They can be frozen separately and then stewed with potatoes, vegetables or rice, made pilaf with chicken, baked in the oven, or marinated and fried on a wire rack. The shins, by the way, can still be stuffed.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast fillet and divide each piece in half, beat off. You now have 16 diet chops that you can put in the freezer.
Step 3
Cut off the remaining meat from the bones and mince it with the addition of pork. Divide the minced meat into 4 parts.
Step 4
Mix 1 part with boiled rice and onions - you get meatballs, which can also be frozen.
Step 5
From the second part, you can make lazy cabbage rolls by adding chopped cabbage to the rice. They will go to the freezer too.
Step 6
In the third part, add a little soaked white bread, grated potatoes, onions, form cutlets and also freeze.
Step 7
From the rest of the minced meat, make meatballs or filling for self-made dumplings (if you are tired of the store ones).
Step 8
Boil bones with leftover meat on them in a little water. Cut the boiled meat off - it can be used to make naval pasta.
Step 9
Pour the resulting broth into plastic containers, freeze and, if necessary, use for preparing the first courses.
