A very simple and beautiful salad that can be used to decorate any festive table. The recipe is not complicated. The salad turns out to be dietary, suitable for any side dish.

It is necessary

  • - 150 grams of chicken fillet,
  • - 100 grams of oyster mushrooms or other mushrooms,
  • - 3 tomatoes,
  • - 3 cucumbers,
  • - 150 grams of hard cheese,
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream,
  • - salt to taste,
  • - 20 grams of raisins.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken breast and boil in salted water.

Step 2

Rinse the oyster mushrooms, cut into large pieces. Fry oyster mushrooms in sunflower oil, do not overcook. If desired, simmer the mushrooms under a lid over low heat, after evaporating the liquid, remove the lid and fry. This will cook the mushrooms faster.

Step 3

Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into small cubes. Use a coarse grater to remove the skin from the cucumbers. Cut the boiled meat into small pieces.

Step 4

In a volumetric cup, combine oyster mushrooms with meat and half of the grated cheese, salt, season with mayonnaise, mix until smooth.

Step 5

Place the filling on a wide plate and form a semicircle. Place the tomatoes on the filling. Spread the remaining cheese in an arc to form the watermelon. Use grated green cucumbers to form the rind of the watermelon. Decorate the salad with raisins (raisins are needed to form seeds). The raisins in the salad can be replaced with olives. Refrigerate the salad for about half an hour, then serve.
