Puff salad with chicken, mushrooms and prunes

You will need:

- 300 g of chicken fillet, preferably from the breast;

- 250 g mayonnaise;

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water and chop finely. Boil the eggs, put them in cold water to make it easier to remove the shells. Pour the prunes with boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Peel the mushrooms, wash and chop. Peel the onion, chop and fry with mushrooms, salt. Place on a towel to drain the oil. Finely chop the cucumbers, squeeze the excess juice. Peel and chop the cooled eggs. Cut the prunes into cubes.

Start preparing your flaky salad. First, put the prunes on the dish, then the mushrooms and onions, cover with a mayonnaise mesh and add a layer of chicken fillet. You will need:

- 300 g boneless chicken breast;

- 3 potatoes;

- 4 carrots;

- 1-2 green apples;

- 10 walnuts;

- mayonnaise.

Boil potatoes, mushrooms, carrots, eggs and chicken breast. Boil mushrooms and breast in salted water. Peel the walnuts and crush the kernels into crumbs. Grate vegetables on a coarse grater, finely chop the eggs. Put lettuce leaves on the dish, place the culinary ring on them. Spread the salad in layers. You will need:

- salt and pepper to taste.
