Instructions
Step 1
Prepare vegetables. Honor carrots and onions, wash, cut into several pieces, so that it is convenient to pass through a meat grinder. Peel the garlic.

Pass the chicken fillet and pork through a meat grinder, along with carrots and onions. Add spices (paprika, turmeric, black pepper, herbs) and garlic, chicken egg, knead the minced meat well until smooth.

If a natural casings from the intestines are prepared for the sausages, the intestines must be washed and dried. Stuff the minced meat in the shell in any convenient way. Ideally, if your meat grinder has a special attachment for this purpose.
Step 4
Fill the intestines with minced meat, bandage, forming sausages of the desired length. Do not fill too tightly so that the casing is not damaged, but at the same time evenly.
Step 5
If there is no natural casing, regular cling film will do. Minced meat in it must be laid out in portions, cutting off the required length of the film to form a sausage. On the sides, the cling film must also be closed.
Step 6
Baking bags are also suitable. In them, the minced meat is also laid out in portions, the tedious length of the package is cut off, tied with threads on the sides. It turns out a sausage in the form of a candy.
Step 7
You can cook sausages right away, or you can freeze and store the required time. In this case, you do not need to defrost the product before cooking.
Step 8
Cooked sausages can be boiled for 30-40 minutes. When cooked, the meat will turn gray. After the sausages are boiled, they can be fried in a skillet in butter for about 5 minutes on each side until a crispy crust forms.
Step 9
If sausages are not fried in a natural casing, remove the cling film or baking bags before that.
Step 10
Sausages can also be baked in the oven. To do this, you need to put them in a baking dish and fill with water halfway. Bake for about 30-40 minutes at 180-200 degrees temperature until tender, turning occasionally.

When the sausages are ready in the oven, you can leave them in your broth for 7-10 minutes so that they absorb the liquid and become more juicy.
