You should not get upset, because at home and without special skills, you can cook a great sausage yourself. Moreover, for this purpose, you can use any meat that you like.

We will look at a recipe for a wonderful chicken sausage.

For this we need:

- curry spice / spice for sausage / minced meat (to your liking) 20 g.

- chicken legs 2, 1 kg.

- pork intestines about 2 m.

- 1 head garlic

- ground black pepper

- rock salt 14 g.

Preparation of food

Trim all the meat from the chicken legs with a knife. We also remove the skin and fat. We pass the resulting meat through a meat grinder, fat and skin, together with peeled garlic, pass through a meat grinder twice. We mix both minced meat and add to this mass: selected spices, black pepper, salt.

Mix everything thoroughly and cover the container with the meat mass with polyethylene, then put it in the refrigerator for several hours. After the allotted time, knead again.

If the mass is very hard, add 100 ml of boiled or drinking water (half a glass) and knead again. This will also make the process of filling the intestines easier.

Clean and rinse the intestines, fill them with spicy minced chicken, using a meat grinder and a special nozzle. The gut is easily tied without any thread into a regular knot.

Sausage preparation

Put the chicken sausage on a baking sheet and sprinkle the sausages with refined vegetable oil.

For fifteen minutes, put homemade chicken sausages in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.

When the sausages are browned on one side, they should be turned over and put into the oven for another five minutes at the same temperature.

Storage

If you are preparing these sausages, it is best to store them in the freezer. Each sausage must be wrapped in parchment paper, otherwise they will stick together and you will not be able to get them one by one.
