Step 1

Wash the turkey fillet thoroughly, remove any streaks and film and pat dry with a paper towel. Then cut into small pieces. Peel the onions and cut them into small pieces.

Chop the onion and turkey in large thickets until tender. Then add the egg, salt, pepper and cream and stir with your hands.

We form sausages. To do this, cover the cutting board with cling film and lay out 1, 5 tablespoons of the prepared minced meat. Roll and compact the minced meat using plastic wrap to form a long and narrow sausage. Wrap the minced meat in several layers of foil, and tie the edges with thread or just in a knot.

Dip the formed sausages into a boiling pot with salted water and cook for 15 minutes over high heat. Then take out the cooked sausages.
