It is necessary

  • - chicken fillet - 500 g;
  • - milk - 250 ml;
  • - vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • - mustard - a teaspoon;
  • - red paprika;
  • - salt;
  • - black pepper;
  • - chilli;
  • - curry.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken meat first. Then dry it by blotting with paper towels and cut it into small pieces with a knife. Place the chopped fillet in a fairly deep bowl and pour over the milk. In this state, it should remain for 30-45 minutes, no less.

Step 2

After the time has passed, place the meat and milk in a food processor. Then add all the seasonings and mustard there. Adjust the amount of spices to your liking. Grind the resulting mixture until its consistency looks like a paste. If you want homemade chicken sausages to be very tender, then this mixture should still be passed through a sieve.

Step 3

Cut the cling film into equal rectangles. Their size will depend on the thickness and length of the future sausages.

Step 4

Put the minced meat in a special pastry syringe. Gently squeeze it onto rectangles of cling film in the form of strips. Roll the meat into a sausage shape. Then tie one edge of the product, push the minced meat to it, thereby getting rid of excess air, and fix the second edge.

Step 5

Place the resulting items in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Homemade chicken sausages are ready! They can be fried, pre-boiled for 5-7 minutes, or steamed.
