Sometimes there is absolutely no energy or time left for cooking and you want to "get off" with a simple dish in a hurry. The first thing that comes to mind is sausages. But I really don't want to feed my family with store-bought semi-finished products, which are stuffed with no one knows what. There is an exit! Prepare sausages yourself, and you will not keep activated charcoal in a conspicuous place, because you know what they are made of.

It is necessary

  • - 500 g of chicken meat;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - an egg;
  • - half a glass of milk;
  • - salt pepper;
  • - 0.5 tsp curry;
  • - seasoning for chicken;
  • - vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the meat and onion into small pieces, then chop them together in a blender. Better even after that and scroll the minced meat through a meat grinder.

Step 2

Now dump the minced meat back into the blender (before that, rinse it so that the tender minced meat does not mix with the uncut pieces), fill it with milk and scroll again.

Step 3

Transfer the meat mass to a bowl, add the egg, salt and season. Stir the minced meat well and let it stand for a while so that it is thoroughly saturated with the aromas of the spices.

Step 4

Now you can start forming the sausages: put two tablespoons of minced meat on the edge of a piece of film and begin to gently twist in the shape of sausages. Now twist and tie the ends of the film tightly. Try to let all the air out from under the shell.

Step 5

The sausages are ready and now you can boil them. They are boiled for 5-7 minutes in boiling water with a pinch of salt. After cooking, you can immediately serve them to the table, or you can also fry them until golden brown before that.
