  • - 50 grams of butter,
  • - 100 ml of milk,
  • - ground black pepper to taste,
  • - 0.5 teaspoons of salt,
  • - 0.5 teaspoons of ground coriander,
  • - 0.5 tsp paprika.

Step 1

For sausages, you need minced chicken. If you don't want to mess around with cooking homemade minced meat, then buy a ready-made one in the store.

Step 2

Cooking minced chicken is very simple. Rinse the fillets well, then pass through the small wire rack in your meat grinder. You can scroll the fillet through a blender - as it is more convenient for anyone.

Step 3

Add an egg to the scrolled meat (you can beat a little), 50 grams of soft butter, half a glass of milk (a 200 ml glass), half a teaspoon of salt and the same amount of ground coriander, season with pepper, paprika and any other favorite spices, mix well.

Step 4

The minced meat is ready, now you need to form the sausages. Determine the size for yourself, some like more, while others prefer small ones. Spread cling film on the work surface, put two tablespoons of minced chicken on it. Wrap and shape the sausage of the desired size (do not spare cling film, the minced meat can be twisted in three layers). Tie the ends of the film in a knot or pull with a strong thread.

The sausages can be simply frozen to be cooked with a side dish afterwards. You can also pre-boil it, and then put it in the freezer (then defrost and bake).

Step 6

Pour water into a saucepan, after boiling, dip the sausages into it for 15 minutes. Fry to taste or serve boiled to your favorite side dish.
