Potato roll with minced chicken is a great snack dish. It is prepared from inexpensive products available for any wallet, but it looks very impressive and can decorate not only an everyday, but also a festive table.

It is necessary

    • 1 kg of potatoes;
    • 400 g chicken fillet;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 50 g fat;
    • 1 tbsp ground crackers;
    • 1 head of onion;
    • salt;
    • ground black pepper;
    • sour cream.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel potatoes, wash and boil. Drain the water, and keep the pot with potatoes for some time over low heat or in the oven to evaporate the remaining water.

Step 2

Rub the potatoes through a sieve or crush them with a wooden pestle. Then salt, add butter, eggs and beat mashed potatoes thoroughly.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry in a skillet with melted fat until a delicious crust forms.

Transfer the fillet pieces to a saucepan or saucepan, cover with a little water, salt, add pepper, any spices to taste and bring to a boil. Then close the dishes with a lid and simmer until fully cooked (15-20 minutes) over low heat.
