Chicken sausages are a good addition to the diet of the whole family. This dish will appeal to both children and adults. Homemade sausages go well with any side dish.
It is necessary
- - 500-700 grams of chicken fillet;
- - 100 grams of milk;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - dill, salt, black pepper, paprika and other spices to taste.
- - pork casings for natural casings (either cling film or baking bags)
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare ingredients. Peel and wash onions and carrots, cut into small pieces.

Defrost chicken fillet (chicken breast, chicken thigh fillets are suitable). Cut into small pieces.

Using a blender, grind the prepared ingredients in a container: chicken fillet, carrots and onions. If you don't have a suitable blender, you can replace it with a meat grinder.

Combine chicken egg, milk, salt, paprika, black pepper and other seasonings to taste with minced meat in a deep container, dill. Mix everything thoroughly.

If there are intestines for a natural casing, they must be stuffed with minced meat. It is most convenient to do this with a special attachment in a meat grinder. After the intestines are full, tie them with threads at the right distance to form the sausages of the required size.

The intestines can be replaced with cling film, for this the minced meat is laid out on cling film in portions, then sausages are formed, the edges of the film are wrapped.
Step 7
If there is no cling film, you can also replace it with baking bags. Cut the bag in accordance with the required size, divide the minced meat in portions to form one sausage, wrap it up. Tie the edges with threads to form a candy shape.
Step 8
Shaped sausages prepared in any way can be boiled in water for 15-20 minutes (until tender), and then fried in a pan in butter. If the casing is not natural, then remove it first.
Step 9
Homemade sausages can be baked in the oven, regardless of the shell. To do this, you need to put the sausages in a baking dish and pour water so that the products are half in the water. Bake at 180-200 degrees for about 20-40 minutes, while you can turn them over for even baking.
Step 10
When the sausages are ready in the oven, you can leave them to stand in your broth for another 5-10 minutes so that they absorb some of the moisture and become juicier. Serve hot with your favorite side dish and sauces.
