Chicken sausages are a delicious and satisfying dish. Although it will take quite a long time to prepare, the result will be excellent. The dish will decorate both a regular lunch and a festive feast.

- 2 chickens;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- sour cream or mayonnaise;
- mustard.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the skin from two chickens. Place the carcass on the back and cut the skin along the breast with a sharp knife. After separating the skin along the breast, release and cut the knee joints. Leave the skin on the shin. Turn the chicken over and skin the spine. Move in the direction from the tail to the neck. Then cut the shoulder joints. Separate the skin on the neck and remove it with a stocking.
Step 2
Divide the skin from each chicken into four pieces to make rectangles. Next, tackle the stuffing for the sausages.
Step 3
Soak 2 slices of plain white bread in milk. Scroll through a meat grinder 300 g of chicken fillet, onion. Squeeze the bread soaked in milk and add to the minced meat.
Step 4
Peel a couple of garlic cloves and press them or chop and press down with a knife. Add the garlic to the minced meat.
Step 5
Salt and pepper, mix the minced meat thoroughly. Hit it on the cutting board several times. This will make the filling airy and tender.
Step 6
Put the minced meat in a container, cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
Step 7
Spread out a piece of skin. Put the minced meat in the middle, shape the meatball or cutlet and wrap it in an envelope, similar to how you wrap stuffed cabbage rolls or stuffed pancakes. Fasten the edges with a toothpick.
Step 8
Chicken sausages can be prepared in several ways. Boil them in boiling water for 30 minutes. Take out. Pour some vegetable or olive oil into the pan and heat it up. Dip the boiled sausages into a skillet and fry on both sides until a crust appears.
Step 9
Another way. Place the sausages, seam side down, on a baking sheet or in a baking dish that has been greased with vegetable oil. Top with sour cream or mayonnaise.
Step 10
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the sausages in it for 30 minutes. Drizzle periodically with the fat that will come out during the baking process. Serve with mustard.
