For juicy homemade sausages, you can take ready-made minced chicken, but it is better to purchase chicken fillet and make minced meat from it in a meat grinder - such sausages will turn out to be even juicier, tastier and more aromatic.

- - 100 ml of milk;
- - 1 egg;
- - ground black pepper, salt.

Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet, scroll through a meat grinder, beat one egg, pour in milk, pepper and salt. Knead the minced meat.

Lay a rectangle made of cling film on the table, put a couple of spoons of minced meat, roll in the shape of a sausage, tamp, tie the ends.

Repeat everything until the minced chicken ends. You will get a "thread" of sausages.

Boil chicken sausages in boiling water - 7-10 minutes will be enough. Remove the tape from them.
