  • - 500 g chicken fillet;
  • - 100 ml of milk;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - ground black pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken fillet, scroll through a meat grinder, beat one egg, pour in milk, pepper and salt. Knead the minced meat.
