Step 1
Prepare the intestines ahead of time. If they are peeled and sprinkled with salt, then put them in water for 40-55 minutes, and then rinse under running water. If the intestines are not cleaned, then turn them inside out, wash and clean with the blunt side of a knife. Cut off the fat with scissors or a knife.
Step 2
Cut the meat into large pieces, lard into small pieces. Squeeze the garlic using a special press, add salt, pepper, water, mix everything well with your hands.
Step 3
Fill the shell with minced meat. Use a special attachment from a meat grinder, or cut the neck off a plastic bottle and use it as a funnel.
Step 4
Form the sausages by twisting, or simply cut open the intestine and tie the end. Pierce the resulting sausages with a thin needle in places where air accumulates, and then put in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the sausages and place them in the roasting sleeve. Add a little butter there. Place the sausages in a preheated oven for 60-75 minutes. 5-7 minutes before cooking, open the sleeve and brown the sausages a little.
