It is necessary
- - 4 medium sized potatoes (you can take red and white varieties);
- - a pinch of salt and pepper;
- - a pinch of garlic and onion powder;
- - half a teaspoon of dried herbs - thyme, parsley, rosemary and oregano;
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190C. We wash the potatoes very well and cut them into very thin slices. The smaller the thickness, the more crisp the potatoes will be.
Step 2
Put the potatoes in a bowl, pour all the spices, seasonings and herbs into it. Add olive oil and stir the potatoes so that they are covered with a fragrant mixture.
Step 3
Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Delicious potato chips are ready!
