When you start baking this cake, make sure that the neighbors have a runny nose and they don’t smell: otherwise they will certainly find a reason to visit you … And then it’s not a fact that you will get at least a piece of the cake!
It is necessary
- - 200 g of chocolate 52% cocoa;
- - 3 very large and ripe bananas;
- - 300 g butter;
- - 2 tbsp. brown sugar "demerara";
- - 6 eggs;
- - 300 g flour;
- - 3 tsp baking powder;
- - 6 tablespoons cocoa powder;
- - a couple of pinches of salt;
- - 100 g of 72% dark chocolate.
Instructions
Step 1
First, take out the butter from the refrigerator to soften it. At this time, we will make all the other preliminary preparations: chop 100 g of dark chocolate into small crumbs and put it in the refrigerator, mash bananas with a fork or crush, sift a mixture of flour with cocoa, salt and baking powder into a large bowl.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and set it aside to cool slightly. We put the oven at 180 degrees (with blowing) to warm up and line the form with baking paper.
Step 3
Using a mixer at the highest power, beat the butter and sugar into a light cream. Add eggs one at a time, then melted chocolate. Beat for a minute, and then reduce the speed of the mixer to a minimum and add the flour mixture in several steps. Knead until smooth, add bananas and mix for literally half a minute so that the bananas are evenly distributed.
Step 4
Add chopped chocolate, stir again quickly and put the dough into a mold. We send it to the oven for 35-40 minutes. We determine the readiness with the help of a torch: it should come out of the baking with several crumbs adhered to it (it is important not to overexpose the cake, it should be damp!). Cool at room temperature and serve.
