A very delicate dessert with an unforgettable lemon aroma. Guests will be delighted with it and will undoubtedly want more.
It is necessary
- - 60 gr. butter;
- - 100 gr. Sahara;
- - 3 eggs (whites separate from the yolks);
- - 40 gr. flour;
- - 1/3 teaspoon baking powder;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 185 ml of milk;
- - icing sugar for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix sugar and butter at room temperature until smooth.
Step 2
Add 3 yolks and beat again.
Step 3
Pour in flour and baking powder, mix with a spatula.
Step 4
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add it to the dough together with the milk and beat again with a mixer.
Step 5
In another bowl, beat the whites into a stable foam and carefully combine with the dough.
Step 6
We spread the dough into 3 oiled tins (ramekins) with a volume of 250 ml.
Step 7
We put ramekins into a baking sheet with high sides and pour in hot water so that it reaches the middle of the molds.
Step 8
We bake in the oven at 180C for 40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dessert with powdered sugar.
