  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter, berries and fruits.

Prepare berries or fruits for decoration in advance. Wash the berries under running water and dry them, wash the fruits, peel them, if necessary, and cut them into pieces. Sift the flour through a fine sieve. Mix all granulated sugar with vanilla sugar. We wash the eggs well, dry them and break them into a sugar mixture.

We make a steam bath, heat the mixture on it to 40-50 degrees and begin to beat. Remove from steam, cool to room temperature, without stopping whisking. Then add thick sour cream, stir, spread the flour and knead the dough. We take a corrugated form, coat it thickly with cooked softened butter and sprinkle with flour.

We spread the finished dough in a mold and bake at 180-200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. We take out the finished headstock from the oven and leave it to cool. After the product has cooled, sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Decorate the top with berries or fruit slices.
