To do this, the first step is to dilute the yeast in warm milk (in cold milk, the yeast will not open and the dough will not rise). Add salt, vegetable oil and sugar. Drive in the eggs. Leave for 5-7 minutes. The dough should fit, the yeast will completely dissolve and swell, otherwise the dough will not turn out to be airy.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and peel them. Place the water on the comfort and put the potatoes in it. You can add a little salt to the water. You need to cook potatoes until fully cooked, about 30-40 minutes.

When the dough has come, add 50 grams of flour to it and mix everything well. Make sure that there are no lumps, otherwise they will later be felt in the finished dish.
Gradually add all of the remaining flour.
The finished dough must be kneaded thoroughly with your hands, for about 5-7 minutes, and then put in a warm place for about 1 hour. When this hour has passed, you need to "crush" the dough and leave it for another hour.

At this time, you can do potatoes. As soon as it is cooked, you need to make mashed potatoes. To do this, add an egg and a little milk with butter to the potatoes. Use a blender or a convenient way to turn everything into puree. The puree should be lump-free and slightly salty. It also needs to be cooled.

We form identical balls from the dough that came up. Next, each ball must be crushed and made 1-1.5 cm thick. Put on a greased baking sheet. Place mashed potatoes in the well.
