- - flour - 3 glasses;
- - poppy seeds - 150 g;
- - honey - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - cinnamon - 1 tsp;
- - chocolate chips - 20 g.

To prepare "Tender Babka", beat 6 eggs into an enamel pan, add 3 yolks and beat in a hot water bath, adding 150 grams of powdered sugar. As soon as the mixture begins to thicken a little, remove it from the water bath and continue whisking until it is completely cooled.

Add 125 grams of flour, 2 tablespoons of crushed lemon zest, a packet of vanilla sugar, 100 grams of melted butter and knead the dough. Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and half-fill with dough. Bake the grandma until tender at 180 ° C.
