They include simple ingredients that every housewife will surely have. The dish itself will delight you with its taste, and guests will certainly want to know the recipe for this wonderful culinary creation.
It is necessary
- - 2 cups of flour;
- - 1/2 glass of milk;
- - 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 1 bag of yeast;
- - 1/2 cup sugar;
- - 150 g of cottage cheese;
- - salt (on the tip of a knife);
- - vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve one packet of yeast in half of the warm milk. Add 1 tablespoon of flour there, as well as 1 tablespoon of sugar. Leave it on for 30 minutes.
Step 2
As soon as the yeast “fits”, add flour and olive oil. Add egg, half sugar; salt and knead the dough. Leave the finished dough in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 3
Mix the cottage cheese with whatever sugar you have left. Stir the resulting curd-sugar mixture thoroughly.
Step 4
Pound the dough, i.e. Press lightly on it until it falls to its original volume. Form small balls out of it. From each such ball, it is necessary to roll out a cake, in the center of which put 1 teaspoon of cottage cheese. The cake should then be closed up and shaped into a ball with your hands.
Step 5
Preheat a skillet and pour in vegetable oil. Donuts should be fried using a lot of vegetable oil. The criterion for the readiness of this dish is the presence of a golden crust. Once it has formed, the dish can be removed from the heat and served. Donuts can be served warm if desired, or allowed to cool slightly.
