The article presents a step-by-step recipe for making a "Pyramid" cake.
The cake will become an irreplaceable addition to any festive table.
Dough (option number 1): 5 eggs, 50 grams of chocolate, 150 grams of powdered sugar, 5 tablespoons of hot water, 200 grams of flour, a pinch of soda, 20 grams of sugar for whipping proteins.
Dough (option number 2): 4 proteins, 30 grams of vanilla sugar, 120 grams of powder, 120 grams of crushed nuts, 300 grams of flour, a pinch of soda.
For the filling: 100 grams of butter, 50 grams of currant jam (preferably black), 50 grams of powder.
For lipstick: 1 protein, 100 grams of powder, chocolate.
Option number 1: whisk the yolks, sugar and hot water into a thick froth, add softened chocolate and beat again. Then combine with a foam made from whipped proteins, flour, sugar and baking soda. Pour the prepared dough into a mold and bake.
Option number 2: beat the whites into a thick foam, add vanilla sugar and powder there. Whisk again. Then add the mixture of nuts, flour and soda. Pour the prepared dough into a mold and bake.
Cut the cake prepared according to the first version of the dough in half. Spread one part with jam, cover with a cake baked according to the second recipe, which also spread with jam, put the second part from the dough cake of the first option on top.
To prepare the filling: mix and beat butter, sugar and jam.
To make fondant: in a thick foam of proteins, add sugar and beat again.
Sprinkle generously with nuts and chocolate on top.
