Salads are the easiest food to prepare. You can make them from everything that is at hand. Salads can be decorated with herbs, or you can simply give some form - stars, hearts or another. Of course, not every salad will be able to keep its shape for a long time, so it is best to make them in layers.

- 250 g boiled and frozen shrimps
- 80 g crab sticks
- 80 g avocado
- juice of half a lemon
- 2-3 boiled eggs
- 5 cherry tomatoes or 1 medium skinned tomato
- 1 fresh cucumber, not large
- 250-300 g of trout or salmon (lightly salted or lightly smoked)
- mayonnaise
- 1 sprig of dill
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost and rinse the shrimp. While they are thawing, pour water into a saucepan, put bay leaves, a few sprigs of dill, salt, peppercorns and bring to a boil. Boil the resulting broth for 3-4 minutes, and then put the shrimp there for a few seconds. Remove, drain off excess liquid and dry.
Step 2
Cut the crab sticks into cubes. Cut the avocado into two halves, remove the pit and sprinkle each half with lemon juice. Then you can put one half in the refrigerator, and cut the other into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice again so that the avocado does not darken.
Step 3
Separate the boiled egg whites from the yolks and cut into cubes in separate bowls.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes (regardless of which variety) in half, remove the seeds and cut into strips. If the tomatoes are not cherry tomatoes, peel them off beforehand. Peel the cucumbers, cut out the seeds and cut into small cubes.
Step 5
Now lay out the cooked ingredients in layers on the dish one by one. In order to give the salad a heart shape, you can either use a special shape or do it by hand.
Step 6
1st layer: put crab sticks, brush with mayonnaise and add some freshly ground pepper.
2nd layer: lay out the cucumber, add a little salt and pepper
3rd layer consists of shrimp, mayonnaise and pepper
4th layer: lay out the chopped egg whites, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper
5th layer: egg yolks, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and chopped dill
6th layer - tomatoes, smeared with mayonnaise
Layer 7th layer of avocado, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Step 7
Finally, cut the trout or salmon into thin slices or slices, which then cover the heart on all sides so that there are no gaps between the fish.
Step 8
You can decorate "Heart" to taste: herbs, cheese, red caviar, or vegetables, in a word, everything here depends on your imagination.
