- - 500 ml vanilla yogurt;
- - 10 large pitted grapes;
- - orange juice to taste;
- - lettuce;
- - 10 spinach leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the apple and banana, chop coarsely and place in a blender. Add washed grapes, spinach leaves and lettuce to these.
Step 2
Pour orange juice and vanilla yogurt into a blender, which can be substituted for plain vanilla milk. Beat everything well at high speed.
