  • - fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • - carrots - 1 pc.;
  • - sesame seeds - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - pear - 1 pc.;
  • - rice vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - sesame oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - sugar - 0.5 tsp;
  • - salt - a pinch;
  • - ground red hot pepper - 0.5 tsp.

Instructions

Step 1

Dressing preparation. Combine sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, sugar, and ground pepper. Stir. Leave it on for 10 minutes. The filling is ready.

Step 2

Rinse vegetables and fruits with water. Peel the cucumbers, carrots and pears. Core the pear. Grate all prepared vegetables and fruits on a Korean carrot grater to get long fibers.

Step 3

Pour funchoza with cold water and leave for 10 minutes. Drain, pour boiling water over the rice noodles, let stand for 5-8 minutes. Place the noodles on a sieve and rinse with cold water.
