Cut the beef into strips and fry over high heat in oil. Pour boiling water over the funchoza and let stand for 20 minutes, drain the water. Grate the daikon on a coarse grater or cut into thin cubes, cut the bell peppers and carrots into strips. Fry vegetables lightly in a skillet.
