This interesting salad with Chinese bean flour noodles (funchose) can also be considered a second course, due to its high nutritional value and at the same time original taste.
It is necessary
- - 180 g funchose;
- - 140 g bell pepper;
- - 190 g of carrots;
- - 240 g of fresh cucumbers;
- - 270 g of pork;
- - 110 g Korean carrot seasoning;
- - 40 ml of soy sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse bell peppers, peel and cut into thin strips. Peel carrots and cucumbers, grate on a special grater for Korean carrots.
Step 2
Soak Chinese noodles in boiling water for about 8 minutes. Then drain the water, add prepared vegetables, Korean carrot dressing and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Rinse the pork, dry it slightly, cut into small pieces. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the meat on it over high heat until golden brown. Then reduce the heat and add soy sauce to the meat, continue to fry for another 25 minutes.
Step 4
Drain fat from cooked meat and transfer to vegetables and Chinese noodles. Stir and refrigerate for 25 minutes.
