Many people love deep-fried shrimp - they cook quickly, and they disperse even faster. This variant features a salad that serves shrimp. It gives the shrimp meat a new flavor and makes the dish more satisfying.
It is necessary
- - tiger prawns - 400 grams;
- - chicken egg - 1 piece;
- - boiled water - 200 milliliters;
- - soy sauce - 100 milliliters;
- - daikon - 1 piece;
- - ginger root - 1 piece;
- - horseradish root - 1 piece;
- - icing sugar - to taste;
- - wheat flour - 250 grams;
- - vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons.

Step 1
First you need to prepare a salad. For this, daikon, horseradish and ginger must be washed and peeled. Cut the daikon into small strips, grate the horseradish and ginger on a fine grater. Combine everything and carefully move in a deep salad bowl. Then refuel. To do this, add powdered sugar to the soy sauce and stir until it is completely dissolved.
Step 2
Now it's worth preparing the shrimp. If necessary, defrost, cut off the tail and head, remove the shell. For the batter, beat the water with the egg until foam appears. Stir constantly, add flour. The finished batter should resemble loose sour cream so that you can dip the shrimp into it, but it does not drain from them.
Step 3
Breaded all the shrimp and fry them either in a skillet with hot oil or in a deep fat fryer until a delicious crust is formed. Drain off excess oil and dry them on a paper towel. Place the shrimps on a spicy salad and season with a thin stream of soy sauce.
